We work on all major brands

Does the brand on the frame change the repair?

Less than most people expect. Sliding door hardware is far more standardized than the badge suggests: roller assemblies, track sections, and lock mechanisms are frequently cross-compatible between manufacturers, and a great many doors across Miami, FL were built by the same handful of extruders regardless of whose name is on them.

Where the brand genuinely matters is in the impact-rated lines. A door carrying a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance has its glazing and hardware specified as an assembly, so replacement glass in that opening has to be an NOA-approved laminated unit rather than whatever fits the frame. Panel weight matters too — impact doors are considerably heavier, and rollers rated for a 1970s aluminum slider will not last under one.

We are an independent repair company and are not an authorized dealer for any manufacturer listed here. We say so plainly because the opposite claim is common and rarely true.
